About the Role

You will be responsible for the purpose of building up the HCM business. Working closely with the sales team, the successful candidate will be expected to lead the pipeline building, deal progression, collaboration with the CX team and partners, and closing the deal together with sales.

This role will also support marketing activities in the Region and work with the CSM to support existing customers as needed.

  • The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.

  • To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.

  • To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.

  • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.

  • To assist sales in the response to RFPs.

About You

To maximize business, the following skills are required

  • Previous HCM presales experience or equivalent practitioner work experience

  • Human Capital Management experience working with C-Level clients.

  • Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technologies to address business challenges.

  • Deep knowledge of HCM processes including Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Time Tracking etc.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team oriented with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

  • Independent self-starter able to work optimally with minimal direction.

  • Previous HCM presales experience or equivalent practitioner work experience.

  • Ability to travel 40%.

  • Native Japanese and Business Level English communication skill preferred

  • Self-motivator, able to solve problems on their own

  • Collaboration with global teams

  • Ability to think tenaciously and always come up with solutions even in tough situations.

  • Demonstration and presentation capabilities from executive to field level.

  • Discovery skills, including interacting with executives to identify issues and provide implications.
