The Partner Operations team is hiring a Principal, Enablement Manager - Partner Ecosystem to develop, design, execute, and deliver end-to-end Partner enablement for our workmates, ISV, SI, and Marketplace Partners, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to successfully engage, grow within our ecosystem, and ensure our Partners get the most out of their investment in Workday.
Additionally, this role will drive enablement for our Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, equipping partners with the training and support necessary to navigate and leverage PRM effectively for seamless collaboration and business success."
You will report to our Director of Partner Engagement with a primary focus on:
Innovation Track Partner Enablement Development & Execution
Design and execute structured enablement programs focused on onboarding, new offering launches, and go-to-market readiness for our Innovation Track Partners (ISVs, SIs, Enterprise App developers, etc.).
Own the full enablement lifecycle – from planning, development, delivery to measurement and continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment with change management strategies and related communication plans relative to the enablement strategy, plan and execution.
Tracking and measuring the results of enablement programs and content, and regularly reporting results to key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with product management, marketing teams and other Cross-Functional teams to ensure enablement programs are up-to-date with the latest product developments and aligned with market trends and demands.
Partner Center Enablement
Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement materials that complement communications (presentations decks, webinars, video tutorials, playbooks, webpages, etc.) to ensure workmates and Partners have the knowledge and skills to maximize Salesforce Partner Center capabilities (e.g. deal registrations).
Serve as a SME on Partner Center best practices, ensuring enablement materials reflect platform updates, evolving workmate and Partner needs, and alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions to provide hands-on experience and real-time feedback, ensuring thorough understanding and effective utilization of the Salesforce Partner Center by all users

We're looking for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in developing scalable programs, crafting engaging content, and delivering measurable business impact. You'll collaborate with Partner Managers, product teams, solution architects, sales, communications, and operations teams to build enablement strategies that accelerate adoption and increase partner and workmate efficiency.
Basic Qualifications (Must Haves):
7+ years of experience designing and executing enterprise software partner enablement programs in SaaS or cloud-based organizations, leveraging exemplary story telling skills and tools like PowerPoint, video editing software, and document collaboration tools to create presentation decks, webpages, demo videos, playbooks, FAQs, and other assets.
5+ years experience providing enablement for enterprise PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Channel Mechanics, etc.).
5+ years demonstrated expertise in effective strong stakeholder management by building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external Partners, ensuring alignment and driving collaborative efforts across multiple functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in using enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, etc. to manage, organize, and deliver training materials, collateral ensuring seamless access and engagement teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure alignment of enablement activities with broader business objectives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re adept at simplifying complex topics and ideas to make them transferrable to diverse audiences.
Capacity to proactively and independently accomplish complicated tasks and projects quickly at high quality, requiring minimal guidance.
Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycles and understanding the role that enablement plays in that process.
Experience leveraging AI to enhance enablement efforts and drive measurable results.
Developing and executing enablement strategies in a marketplace environment is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in Partner Management, including program development and execution.
Knowledge of Workday products, services, and solutions.
International experience across EMEA and/or APAC is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, computer science, engineering, education or similar fields or equivalent experience.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
